General Clinic Questions

  • What are your clinic hours? Monday-Thursday 9am-5pm & Friday 9am-12pm

  • How long does it take to get a response to my message or call? 48 business hours, if it is urgent please call us at 970-639-2677

  • Do you accept insurance? We will still accept insurance until January 2026, at that point we will offer a low cost package and membership program with payment options, that includes lab work and your appointments.

  • What payment options do you offer?  We offer cash, credit cards, debit cards, and Care Credit.

  • Where are you located and is parking available? 456 Kokopelli Blvd. Unit B, in Fruita, CO & there is a lot of  free parking available.

Hormone Therapy (HRT) Questions

  • What is HRT?  HRT is hormone replacement therapy.  

  • Do you provide HRT for both men and women?  Yes

  • Do you offer gender-affirming hormone care? Yes

  • How do I get started with HRT at your clinic? Please call us to set up your first appointment.  The cost for your first appointment as a new patient is $220 at the time of scheduling the appointment. 

  • What kind of monitoring or lab work is required?  Lab draws are done in our clinic and the labs are determined by the provider for each patients needs, and most labs are included in the package and membership price. 

  • How often will I need to come in for appointments?  If you are a new patient starting your hormone journey, you will be seen every three months following your initial appointment.  After that most patients are seen annually.

Appointments & Scheduling

  • How do I schedule an appointment?  Please call our clinic to schedule your appointment, 970-639-2677

  • Do you offer telehealth visits?  We do offer telehealth appointments as long as we have seen you in person at least once, but there may times when telehealth is not appropriate for the treatment needed. 

  • What should I bring to my first appointment?  Until January 2026 we will need your insurance and drivers license, but starting January 2026 we will just need your drivers license, or ID, and any medical records you may have that you can share with us. 

  • How do I reschedule or cancel my appointment? Please call us at 970-639-2677

Medications & Prescriptions

  • How do I request a prescription refill? You can send a patient portal message, or call us at 970-639-2677

  • Can my prescriptions be sent to my preferred pharmacy? Yes

  • What should I do if I have side effects from my medication? Please call us so we can address your concerns as quickly as possible.

Billing & Memberships

  • What does your membership include?  Starting in January 2026 our memberships and Packages will include your appointments, portal & phone communication and lab work
