All Packages - Outside Lab Option - Receive 10% Off Membership Package 

Patients are responsible for: 

• Obtaining required laboratory orders from Harmony 

• Completing labs before appointments 

• Providing all laboratory results at least two weeks prior to scheduled appointments 

Appointments may need to be rescheduled if laboratory results are not received in time for provider review.
