Eleanor Diamse, ANP
(she/her)

Eleanor has had a love for math and science since childhood, which led her to earn a bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering from Purdue University. She spent more than a decade (1996–2007) working for Intel Corporation making microchips before discovering her true passion—empowering people through healthcare.

After volunteering as a coach for Girls on the Run, Eleanor decided to transition from high tech to healthcare. She earned her RN-BSN from the University of Colorado in 2010 and began her nursing career at St. Mary’s Hospital, working in neuro-trauma from 2011–2016. She went on to complete her Adult Nurse Practitioner degree at the University of Arizona in 2019. Since then, Eleanor has served patients as a Neurology NP at St. Mary’s (2019–2021) and as a Home Health NP for Optum (2021–2025).

Eleanor joined Harmony HRT because she shares our vision of helping people become their best possible selves.

What brings Eleanor joy:

- Being on the trail with her dog—running, hiking, or mountain biking

- Sharing ethnic foods with friends and family

- Downhill and Nordic skiing (without injury, she hopes!)

- Learning about people, especially what inspires and motivates them

- Getting lost in a good book

Nicole Wilke, ANP

Nicole (Nikki) graduated from the University of Colorado at Colorado Springs (UCCS) in 2007 with her RN-BSN. She began her career at Memorial Hospital in Colorado Springs, working in high-risk obstetrics and women’s health from 2007 to 2010. After moving to Denver, she joined The Medical Center of Aurora, focusing on cardiac care.

In 2012, Nikki earned her MSN with a focus in Adult Nurse Practitioner from UCCS and returned to the Grand Valley. She joined Primary Care Partners as an Adult Nurse Practitioner, working alongside Dr. Amy Bratteli.

Her passion for a more holistic approach to healthcare led her in 2019 to complete additional training in Nurse Coaching. This expanded her ability to help clients define their own vision of health and work toward meaningful goals beyond traditional primary care.

In 2020, Nikki stepped away from full-time primary care to focus on her growing family, and today leads Harmony in Motion, through Harmony HRT.

Outside of work, Nikki enjoys spending time with her husband and two sons, training for triathlons, and exploring the outdoors, especially the Grand Mesa.
